Welcome to Best Catering! These Terms & Conditions govern your use of our website and services. By accessing or using our site, you agree to comply with these terms.

GENERAL T&Cs

  • Delivery Hours: 7.45am to 7.30pm
  • Hotline Hours: 9.00 am to 7.00pm (Weekdays from Mon to Thur) & 9.00 am to 6.00 pm (Fri, Weekends & Public Holidays)
  • A $100 – $200 surcharge (w/o GST) applies for delivery before 7.45am. Please call us at 6261 1011 and our friendly consultants will assist you
  • Delivery duration is estimated to be 30 to 60 minutes before or after the stipulated timing upon successful order and payment confirmation
  • No minimum order applies for all self-collection orders (may be adjusted for Festive period): Self-collection venue: -30B Quality Road, #02-00, Singapore 618826

CATERING

  • All items, menus and confirmations are subjected to availability on first-come-first-served basis
  • All items, menus and prices are subjected to changes or withdrawal without prior notice at the sole discretion of the company
  • Customers are responsible for checking the order and delivery details provided in the order confirmation. Besty Pte Ltd will not be liable for any charges made due to customers’ oversight.
  • Surcharge of $100 – $150 is applicable for delivery to venues without direct lift landing
  • High Tea Menus are available for order between 10.30am to 1pm and 4.30pm to 7pm, with surcharge, at $1/pax 
  • Food best consumed within 3 hours (with warmers) / 1 hour (without warmers)
  • All prices quoted are exclusive of GST
  • Menus & prices quoted in brochure are subjected to change

BUFFET

  • Complete table layout with skirting and warmers
  • Full set of disposable wares & serviettes provided

MINI BUFFET

  • Food will be served in microwavable containers with Heatpro self heat containers
  • Full set of disposable wares & serviettes provided

BENTO

  • Full set of disposable wares & serviettes provided

DELIVERY CHARGES

  • Mini Buffet, Mini High Tea, Bento and BBQ a la carte: $45 without set up ($49.05 w/GST)
  • Regular, Premium Buffet, Peranakan & High Tea: $90 ($98.10 w/GST)
  • Barbecue (BBQ) Packages: $90 with set up ($98.10 w/GST)
  • Additional delivery charge remains at $10 ($10.90 w/GST) for delivery to offshore areas (Sentosa and Jurong Island) & central area denoted by the first 2 digits of the postal code: Robinson – 01,04,05,06,07,08; Marina Square – 03,17; Orchard – 22,23,24; Bras Basah – 18,19

ORDER CONFIRMATION

  • Order will be processed once we received an acknowledgment via SMS or email
  • Actual delivery time may vary 30 – 60 minutes before or after the stipulated delivery time
  • Any amendments must be made at least 2 working days prior to the event date. For amendments made less than 2 working days, a handling fee will be applicable
  • Cancellation of orders by customers must be in writing at least 2 working days before the event date and the following cancellation charges will apply:
    • Cancellation made 1 working day (after 12nn) prior to event date: 50% of the total bill will be charged
    • Cancellation made on the day of the event: 100% of the total bill will be charged
    • An administrative fee of $100 ($109 w/GST) is applicable for cancellation of orders after payment has been made
    • All refunds will require up to 1 month to be processed
  • For buffet orders,
    • Food is best consumed within 3 hours from delivery
    • Any damages to the equipment will be charged accordingly
    • Buffet set-up at any landed property will be done at ground level
    • All requests for collection the following day after event will be chargeable at $100 – $200 (w/o GST) per trip
  • For all drop and go orders,
    • Food is best consumed within 1 hour from delivery
    • Table for food and warmer is not provided but we will still provide disposable cutleries

PAYMENT METHODS

  • Full payment via Debit Card, Credit Card, PayNow & PayLah is required to secure your booking. Note that a 3% administration fees is applicable for Credit Card and Debit transaction
  • All payments have to be made in full at least 2 working days before an event.
