Terms & Conditions


Best Catering Pte Ltd (“we, “us”, “our”) has established these Terms and Conditions for each customer (“you”, “your”). Please read the following Terms and Conditions carefully before placing an order from www.bestcatering.com.sg (hereinafter to as the “Website”), or through Best Catering sales hotline at 6261 1011 (hereinafter to as the “Hotline”). You should understand that by placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to the Terms and Conditions below, do not access this Website or any pages thereof

These Terms & Conditions apply to any order with Best Catering
  • Delivery Hours: 8.30am to 7.30pm
  • Earliest Delivery Time:
    For Regular Buffet / Mini Buffet: 8.30am
    For High Tea: 7.45am (surcharge of $50 for deliveries between 7am – 7.30am)
  • Hotline Operating Hours: 9.00am — 7.00pm Monday to Thursday and 9.00am — 6.00pm Friday to Sunday
  • Delivery duration is estimated to be 30 to 60 minutes before or after the stipulated timing upon successful order and payment confirmation
  • A minimum order of $109 applies for all delivery orders (minimum order amount maybe adjusted for Festive period)
  • No minimum order applies for all self-collection orders
  • Delivery charge of $30 ($32.10 w/ GST) per trip is applicable for mini buffet and mini party set orders
  • A $10 surcharge applies for delivery to selected areas, with the following first two-digit postal code: Robinson – 01, 04, 05, 06, 07, 08; Marina Square – 03, 17; Orchard – 22, 23; Bras Basah – 18, 19; Alps Ave – 49
  • Surcharge of $50 – $100 is applicable for delivery to venues without direct lift landing, subject to approval
  • Free delivery promotion (if any) is only applicable for selected Regular Buffet menus
  • For high tea, free delivery for minimum order of $1,000 per trip, excluding side orders, delivery charges, GST and any other additional charges
  • Best Catering accepts payment methods such as Credit Card, PayNow & PayLah only. Note that pre-payment 2 working days prior to the event is required & 3% administration fees is applicable for Credit Card transaction. Note that pre-payment 2 working days prior to the event is required.
  • Prices shown are exclusive of GST
  • For cancellation of orders, please contact our sales consultants at least 3 working days before the function date
  • An administrative fee of $100 is applicable to process the refund upon customer’s withdrawal of the event booking once prepayment has been made.
  • 50% of the total bill will be refunded if the cancellation request is received 1 working day prior to the event date
  • No refunds will be made if the order cancellation is made on the event date itself
  • Waste management handling fee of $10 is applicable for all orders that require collection with effect from 2 September
  • Price and information are effective immediately and subject to change without prior notification
  • We reserve the right to change the dish to another of equivalent value without prior notice due to seasonality
  • We reserve the right to withdraw or amend any promotional item(s) from the menu where it deemed fit
  • To ensure the safety of our drivers, delivery may be affected and delayed due to bad weather, traffic conditions or other unforeseen circumstances
  • Customers are responsible for checking the order and delivery details provided in the order confirmation. Best Catering will not be liable for any charges made due to customers' oversight.
  • All items/dishes and Terms & Conditions are subject to change without prior notice.
  • Food visuals shown are for illustrative purposes only
  • In the event of dispute, Besty Pte Ltd holds the final decision
