GENERAL T&Cs

  • Delivery Hours: 7.00am to 7.30pm
  • Hotline Hours: 9.00 am to 7.30 pm (Weekdays from Mon to Fri) & 9.00 am to 7.00 pm (Weekends & Public Holidays)
  • A $100 surcharge applies for delivery before 7.45am
  • Delivery duration is estimated to be 30 to 60 minutes before or after the stipulated timing upon successful order and payment confirmation
  • A minimum order of $300 applies for all delivery orders (minimum order amount maybe adjusted for Festive period)
  • No minimum order applies for all self-collection orders (maybe adjusted for Festive period): Self-collection venue: -No 1, Enterprise Road (off Jalan Boon Lay) Singapore 629813; -No.1 Kaki Bukit Road 1, #05-03/04, Enterprise One, Singapore 415934

CATERING

  • All items, menus and confirmations are subjected to availability on first-come-first-served basis
  • All items, menus and prices are subjected to changes or withdrawal without prior notice at the sole discretion of the company
  • Customers are responsible for checking the order and delivery details provided in the order confirmation. Besty Pte Ltd will not be liable for any charges made due to customers' oversight.
  • Surcharge of $50 - $100 is applicable for delivery to venues without direct lift landing
  • Weekend surcharge of +$1/guest applies on all orders delivered on a Friday or Saturday
  • High Tea Menus are not available for order between 10.30am to 1pm and 4.30pm to 7pm
  • Food best consumed within 3 hours (with warmers) / 1 hour (without warmers)
  • All prices quoted are exclusive of GST
  • Menus & prices quoted in brochure are subjected to change

BUFFET

  • Complete table layout with skirting and warmers
  • Full set of disposable wares & serviettes provided
  • A 10% service charge is applicable on all orders with buffet setup

MINI BUFFET

  • Food will be served in microwavable containers
  • Full set of disposable wares & serviettes provided
  • A 5% Drop & Go charge is applicable on all Mini Buffet orders

BENTO

  • Full set of disposable wares & serviettes provided
  • A 5% Drop & Go charge is applicable on all Mini Buffet orders

DELIVERY CHARGES

  • Mini Buffet, Mini High Tea, Bento: $45 ($48.60 w/GST)
  • Regular, Premium Buffet, Peranakan & High Tea: $90 ($97.20 w/GST)
  • Full Day Seminar Packages: $180 ($194.40 w/GST)
  • Half Day Seminar Packages: $135 ($145.80 w/GST)
  • Full Day Seminar Bento: $135 ($145.80 w/GST)
  • Half Day Seminar Bento: $90 ($97.20 w/GST)
  • Barbecue (BBQ) Packages: $90 ($97.20 w/GST)
  • Additional delivery charge remains at $10 ($10.80 w/GST) for delivery to offshore areas (Sentosa and Jurong Island) & central area denoted by the first 2 digits of the postal code: Robinson – 01,04,05,06,07,08; Marina Square – 03,17; Orchard – 22,23,24; Bras Basah – 18,19

ORDER CONFIRMATION

  • Order will be processed once we received an acknowledgment via SMS or email
  • Actual delivery time may vary 30 minutes before or after the stipulated delivery time
  • Any amendments must be made at least 2 working days prior to the event date. For amendments made less than 2 working days, a handling fee will be applicable
  • Cancellation of orders by customers must be in writing at least 2 working days before the event date and the following cancellation charges will apply:
       o Cancellation made 1 working day (after 12nn) prior to event date: 50% of the total bill will be charged
       o Cancellation made on the day of the event: 100% of the total bill will be charged
       o An administrative fee of $100 ($108 w/GST) is applicable for cancellation of orders after payment has been made
  • For buffet orders,
       o Food is best consumed within 3 hours from delivery
       o Any damages to the equipment will be charged accordingly
       o Buffet set-up at any landed property will be done at ground level
       o All requests for collection the following day after event will be chargeable at $100 – $200 per trip
  • For all drop and go orders,
       o Food is best consumed within 1 hour from delivery
       o Table for food and warmer is NOT provided

PAYMENT METHODS

  • Full payment via Credit Card, PayNow & PayLah is required to secure your booking. Note that a 3% administration fees is applicable for Credit Card transaction
  • All payments have to be made in full at least 2 working days before an event.

CANCELLATION OF ORDER

For cancellation of orders, please contact our sales consultants at least 3 working days before the function date. The following charges will apply:

  • Cancellation made 1 working day (after 12 noon) prior to event date: 50% of the total bill will be charged.
  • Cancellation made on the day of the event: 100% of the total bill will be charged.
  • An administrative fee of $100 is applicable for cancellation of orders after payment has been made.
  • All refunds will require 45-60 days to be processed
